Our Pilates classes are full-body workouts with a contemporary approach to Pilates. Our focus is to help you in regaining and build overall strength.
We also offer yoga classes, taking our clients through a variety of stretches and movements to help elongate our spine, improve posture and reduce muscle tension.
All of our pilates and yoga classes have a maximum capacity of 6 people, making for a very comfortable and safe environment that ensures all participants are receiving the guidance they need throughout the class.
